Macron's hand with horn gesture is pressed up against the fist's or closed hands of Potus and Flotus. Can't see that anyone is holding any hand…more like they are raised up together.
The gestures could or could not have meaning, but since it is such an usual show of hands…I happen to think it has meaning.
