Attorney Sidney Powell released a statement tonight on CBS News clarifying that she “will continue to defend the foundations of this great Republic” and that she will be “filing suit soon” against Dominion and Smartmatic for allegedly electronically switching of millions of votes from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden, in what she describes as “massive fraud.” This comes after the Trump Campaign announced that she was not a member of the Trump Legal Team on November 22, 2020.

Rudy Giuliani’s official statement from the Trump Campaign reads as follows: “Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”

The statement sparked confusion and concern among Trump supporters, who took to the internet to voice their opinions on the new developments. Bryson Gray, a popular Christian, conservative, Trump-supporting musical artist went on Twitter today and said this:

Revolving Door: Obama Staffers Who Joined NBC, MSNBC, and CNN, Now Headed to Biden Admin

At least seven of the key figures Joe Biden has tapped for his likely (though still contested) incoming administration worked as paid staff for NBC News, MSNBC, and CNN.

Five of these figures worked for NBC News and/or MSNBC.

Biden tapped Barbara McQuade, a former U.S. attorney in Michigan (appointed by former President Barack Obama) and legal analyst on NBC News and MSNBC, to serve on the Department of Justice review team for the Biden-Harris transition.

Richard Stengel, Obama’s under secretary of State for public diplomacy and public affairs from 2014 to 2016 and now an NBC News and MSNBC political analyst, joined the Biden transition as “Team Lead” for the U.S. Agency for Global Media.

Jon Meacham, a presidential historian, contributing editor to The New York Times Book Review, a contributing editor to Time magazine, and an MSNBC contributor, failed to disclose to MSNBC that he has been writing speeches for Joe Biden, including the Democrat’s victory speech, The New York Times reported. Meacham had been “both writing drafts of speeches and offering edits on many of Mr. Biden’s big addresses, including one he gave at Gettysburg last month and his acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention.”

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, an architect of Obamacare who wrote that life wasn’t worth living after 75, served as an NBC News medical contributor and has joined Biden’s coronavirus task force. He is the brother of Rahm Emanuel, former Chicago mayor and chief of staff to then-president Obama.

Karine Jean-Pierre, a political analyst for NBC News and MSNBC, left her post to serve on the Biden campaign in May and became chief of staff to Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris in August. Before her NBC News gig, Jean-Pierre worked with the Obama campaign in 2008, served as regional political director for the White House Office of Political Affairs, and worked as National Deputy Battleground States Director for Obama’s reelection campaign.

Two of Biden’s transition leaders worked for CNN.

CNN commentator Jen Psaki left the network’s payroll to serve as a senior advisor to the Biden-Harris transition team. Before her CNN gig, Psaki served as a press secretary for both Obama campaigns, deputy communications director in the Obama White House, and spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State under John Kerry.

Tony Blinken served as a global affairs analyst for CNN. Biden is reportedly considering nominating Blinken to become secretary of State. During the Obama administration, Blinken served as deputy national security advisor from 2013 to 2015 and as deputy secretary of State from 2015 to 2017.

While CNN, NBC News, and MSNBC can hire whomever they want, this Obama-legacy media-Biden revolving door presents a damning picture of the legacy media’s bias.

Rush Limbaugh: Trump legal team better show 'bombshell' evidence fast

'They promised blockbuster stuff, and then nothing happened'

Conservative talk radio legend Rush Limbaugh argued Monday that President Donald Trump's legal team had better act quickly to produce evidence of the explosive claims the attorneys made during a news conference last week, when they promised to prove Trump had actually won against Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden in a "landslide."

During a lengthy presser on Thursday, Trump attorneys Sidney Powell, Jenna Ellis, and Rudy Giuliani reiterated the president's insistence that the race had been rigged. Powell claimed that an electronic voting system, called Dominion, had been manipulated across the country in a conspiracy that resulted in millions of votes being flipped from Trump to Biden.

Powell, who also leads the defense of Gen. Michael Flynn, expanded on her claims about voting fraud involving Dominion in other races during a Newsmax interview on Sunday, suggesting politicians on both sides of the aisle have been involved in pay-to-play schemes involving the software.

Powell has faced pressure to produce evidence of the allegations she has made, and she says it will be available soon. But over the weekend, Giuliani and Ellis released a joint statement from the campaign announcing that Powell was not a member of the Trump legal team — despite announcing her as a Trump campaign attorney days prior.

Limbaugh addressed the situation with Powell on his show, saying, "There's a bunch of different theories going around that she really is not going to stop working, she's just disassembling herself from the Trump team."

He noted, "I mean, it's a tough thing to deny that she was ever a part of it because they introduced her as part of it. I mean, she was at that press conference last week."

Limbaugh, a strong Trump ally, told his audience, "The problem with that press conference last week, folks, it goes way beyond Sidney Powell."

"You call a gigantic press conference like that, one that lasts an hour, and you announce massive bombshells, then you better have some bombshells," he continued, pointing out, "They promised blockbuster stuff, and then nothing happened. And that's just not good."

Limbaugh added, "Now Sidney Powell is supposedly out, jumped the shark, got out over the skis, but apparently she's still gonna be working along with [Trump attorney] Lin Wood trying to make the case that she says is there to be made all along. Time, of course, is of the essence now, as it is speedily vanishing. They're gonna have to act fast."

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian admits she didn't isolate after coronavirus test last week

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has admitted she should have self-isolated and cancelled meetings after having a coronavirus test last week.

Ms Berejiklian said she had no COVID-19 symptoms and got tested only as a precaution

After months of urging the people of NSW to "do the right thing" the Premier has conceded to breaking her own rules about isolating.

The revelation came a few hours before Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced the Sunshine State would reopen up to Greater Sydney from December 1.

Ms Berejiklian took a COVID-19 test in her parliamentary office on State Budget day last Tuesday, but continued to meet with colleagues while waiting for the results.

She said she had started to lose her voice and decided to have the test out of an "abundance of caution".

A negative result was returned in around two hours.

However, last night the Opposition questioned whether the Premier should have had contact with colleagues while waiting for her results.

The Premier has this morning admitted she did the wrong thing and people were coming in and out of her office when she should have been isolating.

"In hindsight, I should have closed my door and not seen anybody for the 90 minutes to two hours while I was waiting for the result," she said.

"I didn't change my schedule. Perhaps I should have.

"But it was only because I was tired and losing my voice and I knew that I didn't have any [COVID-19] symptoms. But having said that … I'm judged accordingly and I have to accept that."

According to NSW Health anyone who has a COVID-19 test must "go straight home" and self-isolate while awaiting their results.

Patients are advised to not share a room with others if possible.

When asked whether she would now change the guidelines around isolating, the Premier said: "Absolutely not. Why would I change the guidelines?"

She also said there was a difference between getting tested on the back of health advice and getting tested as a precaution.

"An ordinary person probably wouldn't have needed the test at all because I didn't have any of the symptoms apart from being tired and losing my voice, and it hasn't completely come back.

"But I appreciate what it looks like and how I'm judged."
