The only spin I can think of is that Biden's team gets the intel briefs which includes all the evidence agaisnt them. What are they supposed to do at that time?
Think about it. Biden and team finally get the intel breifings they've been demanding. They find out everyday, the briefings are partly about evidence gathered on election fraud. What are their options? Publicly continue to pretend they are the winners, resign, turn themselves in, etc.
