I posted that anon, due to the 'registered as a military lawyer' posts, wanted to check out the claim.
I could find no evidence to supoport that she's 'registered' , but searched to see what the requirements were (I mistakenly thought you had to be a JAG - you do not.).
One of the educational requirements was a Juris Doctorate - Sidney Poweel seems to have this (bio page on her site is missing, used the Google cached version).
BUT, as anon above points out - that would allow Sidney to defend someone in a military tribunal/case. NOT PROSECUTE.
