I doubt it. I see four ways that this could go:

1. The lawfare is successful, the GOP controlled legislatures have the pressure taken off them.

2. The lawfare fails, the GOP controlled legislatures bear the burden and political outcry of disregarding the vote, appoint electors who will support Trump.

3. The above two fail, such overwhelmingly damning evidence is released (possibly compromising future prosecutions, but worth it) that shocked electors flip to Trump on their own accord.

4. All of that above fail, the end of the First Republic, Trump retires to Florida to spend the rest of his days playing golf and watching from a safe distance as a military junta cleans up the mess.
