Dang, posts like this really make me miss my late father, who was a JAG lawyer. He would be so thrilled to see The Plan in action and he would have been on the phone with me, daily, answering questions and, thus, indirectly giving this board more info. I don't know a thing about how Military Tribunals operate and, sadly, law schools don't teach that unless one chooses an elective (and I did not). So I don't have a clue, but I'm pretty sure we could research more into this.

Another option is to maybe engage some of the Flynn kids on twatter and ask them. General Flynn's siblings are very responsive, I've found, and if they can answer anything (without divulging info to our enemies) I'm pretty sure that they will.

Meanwhile, if I get a break I'll look it up.
