Christ = The Annointed One,

Mashiach, Messiah = The redeemer of the Jewish people.

Born from the line of King David in the tribe of Judah.

He most certainly was a Torah observant Jew to His death.

He studied under Rabbi Hillel and later started His own ministry and taught as a wandering Rabbi.

He chose 12 students (Talmidim also translated disciples)

The Jews of the day rejected Him. After the Resurrection, He appeared to Paul on the Road to Damascus who was instructed to bring the Good news of Salvation to the gentiles.

Believers are no longer Jew or gentile, but a new creation.

Sadly, we're told in the Bible they will follow a false Messiah. God has blinded them in part for now.

The Good news, is when Jesus returns at the end of the Great Tribulation, a remnant will be redeemed.

Currently in Israel there are some believers. Known as Messianics.

Generally speaking, I would agree with that.

Not all Israelites are Jews, but all Jews are Israelite.

It's a tribe thing stemming from Judah being Jews.
