OK, SpouseAnon, Ret. JAGanon, woke briefly and said this is BS. There was no registration, certification, anything required for a civilian atty. to represent someone in the military courts, when spouse retired, at least. Highly doubts that has changed and will talk to friend who is still in JAG corps tomorrow to ascertain.

 

Furthermore spouse believes, military tribunals use only military lawyers.

Tried to close in on the addresses shown in the video (just captioned as Atlanta, GA), and I can't discern those to be sure they are Atlanta.

They would go through mil. mail system. For instance army uses APO 5 digit zipcodes and US mail system. You mail through APOs overseas on a base, just like going to USPS here. Same packaging, same envelopes we use for US mail, etc.
