Watch the Water

Anon was thinking about the USS Jimmy Carter flying the "Jolly Roger" back in April and September of 2019. Hunter-Killer submarines like the USS Jimmy Carter only fly that flag after a successful mission; and each one has mementos of their mission sewn on it. It's been surmised that one of those mementos looks like a tack being punched through a cable - a possible wiretap undersea? An Internet cable maybe? Could this have been one of the methods we gathered enough information to say "we have it all?" - I sure hope so. Here's some cool photos of the Hunter-Killer attack sub coming into port after those successful missions.
