The military justice system is one way, and states are another way. I can remember which scenario it is, but something like if a vote is called by Congress to decide the matter, then it is one representative from each state. (Chosen how, I have no idea).
I would love it if Sidney or Lin could give us simpletons a flowchart of the various pathways to victory. It would not be giving away secrets, because the other side has sharp legal minds also. But it sure as hell would give us some peace of mind, and ability to gauge progress.
True, but I remember hearing a different scenario where one representative from each state would essentially vote, in the case of an undecided election by the deadline.
Funny. I remember sitting in on video conference calls with Schaumburg and it was a really big deal because it took a T5 to have the bandwidth. And we still got audio problems, video freezing, and end up doing a standard conference call.
