Recommendation:

Get yourself a text editor with multiple panes or tabs. Open the last dough.

Build your notables in the edit box here. Anytime you see a notable, click the ID and describe it.

Copy notables into the new dough.

Paste notables regularly depending on thread speed. I go by 300-500-650 personally. More than 3 is just noise.

Start new bread around 700.

One other thing - when you're baking, the notables are yours to bake. If you think something is notable, include it. If you don't, don't. Don't be bullied into adding or not adding anything, use your own good judgment.
