My daughters ex used CV to take full custody of the children. He kept the kids out of school during his time in August and September. Daughter filed emergency custody hearing. Ex first said kids were sick, then didn't feel school was safe, then he didn't believe in in school learning. Daughter lost, ex prevailed. Remote taught them for 4 weeks, then enrolled them in another school closer to his child care. The system is broken. I suspect CV is being used by many to ruin many. It will take another 10k to get the kids back. She don't have it and neither do we. Heartbroken.
