Pulled this 20mins ago - this is NOT a current case. Current cases would have 1:18-cv. 1:18 for 2018
If it was an open case, and re-filed, it would show as open in Pacer. It's a fake that's been circulating for a few months now.
It's because it's something that they WANT to see. The problem is that people are not using critical thinking skills - this is why they've been duped all along. Verify then trust. Not the other way around.
