Common OCR error. 'rn' gets substituted for 'm'. In many OCR documents we've seen 'rn' has been (seemingly intentionally) substituted for 'm'. So, for example, if you searched for 'comey' you would find no results because in the document it was spelled 'corney'. You can draw your own conclusions about the pardoning of 'corn'. I imagine there is similar curiosity in DC tonight.
