Alito has been in the news recently for his comments on coronavirus restrictions.
Those involve executive branch members (governors, health officials, etc.) going beyond their constitutional rights. Alito even went so far as to say, prior to the election, that there is no pandemic exception to the US Constitution.
The same applies to election officials that go beyond their constitutional powers, overriding legislatures and State law.
These two things are not that much different; thought it would be important to note this to anons, fr when future proves past…
To those who don't believe E is ECW, just consider a couple of things:
E has more-or-less said he is, while also saying who is doesn't matter;
The DS hasn't gone after either E or ECW, meaning they're either panicked, or confused.
