Foreshadowing! For reasons I don't understand, the luciferians have (one way or another) to tell us what they're going to do! My theory is that it is one of the conditions God put on satan when He cast him down…pure speculation, but given the fact that they are bound to broadcast their plans it is, I think a reasonable speculation.
