Election 2020 Was Rigged: The Evidence

Decisive (but not widespread) election fraud occurred on November 3:

Smartmatic election software was developed in Venezuela with porous security and built-in functionality allowing system administrators to override the security features it appeared to incorporate. Among the extraordinary privileges it granted to administrators were abilities to:

shave votes continuously from one candidate to another;

batch ballots for later “adjudication” but which instead became a pool of votes that the administrator could simply assign to the candidate of choice;

generate blank ballots.

Through a string of opaque licensing agreements, bankruptcies, and corporate mergers and acquisitions, that software ended up in election systems (e.g., Dominion) for use in the USA and other countries. The fact that elections systems developed under Hugo Chavez were managing elections in the USA began to strike some Americans as unfortunate.

In a New York Times 2006 article (“U.S. Investigates Voting Machines’ Venezuela Ties”), journalist Brad Golden wrote, “The federal government is investigating the takeover last year of a leading American manufacturer of electronic voting systems by a small software company that has been linked to the leftist Venezuelan government of President Hugo Chávez. The inquiry is focusing on the Venezuelan owners of the software company, the Smartmatic Corporation, and is trying to determine whether the government in Caracas has any control or influence over the firm’s operations…”

In 2008, VoterAction (an activist group based in Massachusetts and Washington State) issued a public report (“SEQUOIA VOTING SYSTEMS, INC. USES VOTE-COUNTING SOFTWARE DEVELOPED, OWNED, AND LICENSED BY FOREIGN-OWNED SMARTMATIC, A COMPANY LINKED TO THE VENEZUELAN GOVERNMENT OF HUGO CHÁVEZ”) where they noted: “U.S. national security is potentially at risk because software used to count votes in 20% of the country during U.S. elections is owned and controlled by a Venezuelan-run company with ties to the Venezuelan government of Hugo Chávez,1 which has been described as ‘the foremost meddler in foreign elections in the Western hemisphere.’2 Foreign-owned and foreign-run Smartmatic’s control over vote counting software used in the voting machines of Sequoia Voting Systems… presents a potential national security risk now just as it did in 2006 when the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (“CFIUS”) opened an investigation of Smartmatic’s ownership of Sequoia.3 CFIUS is a U.S. government inter-agency committee led by the U.S. Department of Treasury that addresses national security risks posed by foreign ownership of or influence over U.S. business, including companies providing the means by which voters in the U.S. elect their President and Congressional Representatives.4 Rather than answer to CFIUS regarding the ultimate owners of the Smartmatic conglomerate5 and its ties to the Chávez government, an investment group led by Sequoia management reportedly bought Sequoia from Smartmatic in late 2007 under terms that were not made public.6 Since then, however, it has come to light that Smartmatic continues to own the software that counts the votes on Sequoia voting machines and licenses to Sequoia that software, which Smartmatic develops in Venezuela.7 Concern, now, is that Smartmatic’s sale of Sequoia “was fraudulent”,8 “a sham transaction designed to fool regulators.”9 Efforts to date have not succeeded in determining the ultimate owners of Smartmatic or the extent to which Smartmatic and the Chávez government of Venezuela have influence over U.S. elections through Smartmatic’s control of the software that counts votes for Sequoia voting machines…”

See this recent Phillipines TV interview where Smartmatic’s chairman Mark Malloch-Brown (who, oddly enough, also serves as Vice-Chairman of George Soros’s investment fund and Open Society Institute) initially danced around such Venezuelan connections (note his oh-so-careful parsing of words in this regard) before eventually acknowledging the licensing arrangement between Dominion and Smartmartic.

Watch–Joe Biden: Amnesty for Over 11 Million Illegal Aliens Going to Senate in My First 100 Days

Democrat Joe Biden says he will send an amnesty deal for “over 11 million” illegal aliens to the United States Senate in his first 100 days in office.

During an interview with NBC News’s Lester Holt, Biden reiterated his plan to give amnesty to the roughly 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. Biden said of his agenda:

Some of it’s going to depend on the kind of cooperation I can or cannot get from the United States Congress. But I am going, I made a commitment, in the first 100 days, I will send an immigration bill to the United States Senate with a pathway to citizenship for over 11 million undocumented people in America.

Already, a number of Senate Republicans have suggested that they are interested in working with Biden on some sort of immigration deal. Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), John Cornyn (R-TX), and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) have all hinted at striking a Democrat-GOP deal on immigration that would almost certainly include an amnesty.

Currently, about 24.5 million Americans are either jobless or underemployed, but all want full-time jobs. Those unemployed are forced to compete in the labor market by an endless stream of foreign workers who secure visas and green cards that rack up to more than 2.5 million admissions every year.

These legal immigration admissions are in addition to the hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who successfully cross U.S. borders and overstay their visas every year.

Exit polling after the election reveals that voters across party and racial lines overwhelmingly want less overall immigration to the U.S. More than 3-in-4 voters, for instance, said it is important to reduce immigration with continued high unemployment, and more than 62 percent said, even after unemployment has leveled off, immigration should remain lower than its current levels.

Man Was Trafficking Missing Girl Found In His Car After Chase, Cops Say

TRENTON, NJ – A man was arrested on human trafficking charges for allegedly prostituting a 16-year-old girl at a hotel in Trenton, N.J.

Ronald D. Harris, 40, of Trenton, N.J., was arrested at his residence on Thursday, Nov. 19, by the New Jersey State Police and charged with the following offenses:

Human Trafficking (1st degree),

Facilitating Human Trafficking (2nd degree),

Promoting Prostitution of a Minor (1st degree),

Promoting Organized Street Crime (1st degree),

Harris was charged in an investigation by the New Jersey State Police. He is being prosecuted by the Division of Criminal Justice Human Trafficking Unit. The human trafficking investigation stemmed from an earlier investigation by the New Jersey State Police, Trenton Police Department, Ewing Police Department, and Hamilton Police Department, which led to Harris’ arrest on weapons charges in July.

“Far too often we uncover this tragic form of human trafficking, where a vulnerable underage girl is trapped in commercial sexual exploitation involving multiple men per day so that a trafficker can ruthlessly reap the profits,” said Attorney General Gurbir Grewal. “We will continue to work tirelessly with our law enforcement partners at all levels, as well as victim advocates, to raise awareness about human trafficking, rescue victims, and bring those responsible for these terrible crimes to justice.”

“Human traffickers lack any sense of morality or compassion as they essentially treat their victims, who are often children, as commodities rather than human beings, allowing them to be sexually abused repeatedly,” said Colonel Patrick J. Callahan, Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police. “This type of cruelty is unimaginable, and the New Jersey State Police and our partners will do everything in our power to remove these despicable criminals from the streets and ensure that they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

“Our Human Trafficking Unit works closely with the State Police and other law enforcement partners throughout New Jersey to uncover these heinous crimes and aggressively prosecute those responsible,” said Director Veronica Allende of the Division of Criminal Justice. “Because these crimes so often are hidden from view and involve victims who feel helpless to escape, we urge the public to be vigilant and call our human trafficking hotline if they see a child or teenager in suspicious circumstances.”

A California One-Year-Old Is Getting $167 Per Week in Unemployment Payments

Life is hard out there for a kid in California. As the governor shuts down more of the state’s economy to keep everyone “safe” from COVID, out-of-work toddlers are holding out their graham cracker- pudgies to Uncle Gavin and plaintively demanding, “Mine? Mine? Mine!”

A CBS LA investigation found that a Fresno toddler, who just turned one, and other pint-sized “actors” and “models” in California are receiving unemployment checks.

A Fresno girl who just celebrated her first birthday is collecting $167 per week in unemployment benefits after a claim was filed on her behalf stating that she was an unemployed actor. And a 12-year-old Sacramento girl had a claim filed on her behalf that said she made $40,000 last year as a fashion model. Another Sacramento child, this time a 9-year-old boy, had a claim filed on his behalf stating that he made $33,000 last year, also as a fashion model.

Both of those children have different last names, but the claims list the same address — traced back to a mailbox store in Sacramento.

There were nearly a dozen questionable unemployment claims for minors found in a CBS Los Angeles investigation of internal state unemployment files. Sources said many of those claims have been red-flagged, but only after benefits had been paid out for months.

The children getting unemployment checks reportedly aren’t registered with the state, as they must be to work in entertainment, and the state is left answering uncomfortable questions about why it’s blindly making payments to those Frankenstein-walking toddlers who are scamming the system.

CBS LA investigative reporter David Goldstein uncovered another reason that the children might be pulling off a racket worthy of La Cost Nostra.

And while CBSLA cannot say whether all of the claims were in fact fraudulent … Bill Kresse, a professor at Governors State University in Chicago — known as Professor Fraud — said it’s sometimes easier for scammers to us the identities of children.

“They have a clean record, which is one of the reasons why children are very often the best victims of identity theft,” he said. “They have clean records.”

California lawmakers say they’re stunned that nobody at the California Employment Development Department is checking to see if the payouts are real or scams, which could be done by checking to see if the kids really have filed the required paperwork as underaged entertainers or filed 1099 forms. Goldstein says an adult who claimed to be a barber making $123,000 last year never had his salary checked by the EDD, either.

Governor Newsom could take a break from killing jobs and pick up a phone. Assemblymember Jim Patterson (R-Fresno) told CBS LA that “There’s no reason why the governor cannot right now [be] using his executive authority pick up the telephone and say to those involved at the EDD, ‘Get your act together, or else.'”

The Employment division is now beginning to check.

Beginning this week, the EDD will be verifying the income of people who are self-employed, using state databases — something that hasn’t been done in the past. If their income cannot be verified, claimants will have 21 days to provide proof before their benefits are cut off.

That means that before they check, the state will start issuing checks and stop in the case of a scam. So it’s still a pay-first and ask questions later scheme. Wow.

Dark Wire: US Court Denies Ex-Nazi Concentration Camp Guard’s Appeal, Upholds Deportation Order

The Department of Justice’s Office of Special Investigations was charged with “Nazi-hunting” in 1979 after it became known that many Nazis had left Europe to escape trial in the United States after World War II.

As time went on, however, the division found living witnesses and evidence to be even more scarce. Despite this, the DOJ and OSI have still made it possible to “hunt” down those who contributed to the killing of 11 million people, including 6 million Jews.

The DOJ is still able to fulfill its commitment in 2020 and on Thursday it announced a court’s decision to uphold an order to deport a Tennessee man who once served as a Nazi guard after his attempt to appeal the Court’s decision was denied.

Friedrich Karl Berger, who was ordered to be removed from the country on February 28, served as an S.S. Guard in 1945 in Germany’s Neuengamme Concentration Camp system, where Jews, Poles, Russians, Danes, Dutch, Latvians, French, Italians, and political opponents were imprisoned and killed.

“Berger’s willing service as an armed guard at a Nazi concentration camp cannot be erased and will not be ignored,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Brian C. Rabbitt of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division.

Rabbitt added, “On the eve of tomorrow’s75th anniversary of the commencement of the Nuremberg trials of the surviving leaders of the defeated Nazi regime, this case shows that the passage of time will not deter the department from fulfilling the moral imperative of seeking justice for the victims of their heinous crimes.”

In the trial earlier this year, the Memphis court found that Meppen prisoners were put in “atrocious” conditions and were worked “to the point of exhaustion and death.”

“War criminals and violators of human rights will not be allowed to evade justice and find safe haven here,”-Deputy Assistant Director Louis A. Rodi III of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) National Security Investigations Division

Judge Rebecca L. Holt ruled in the earlier trial that deportation was justified under the 1978 Holtzman Amendment to the Immigration and Nationality Act for Berger’s “willing service as an armed guard of prisoners at a concentration camp where persecution took place.” Moreover, Berger admitted before the court “that he never requested a transfer from concentration camp guard service” and that he still receives a pension from the German government for “his wartime service.”

Berger was part of the Nazi’s effort in March 1945 to ‘forcibly evacuate’ Neuengamme’s main concentration camp as allied forces were advancing towards it. That mass evacuation caused nearly 70 prisoners to die in a two-week period, as noted in the decision.

The British charged the head of Meppen SS Obersturmführer Hans Griem in 1946 for “ill-treatment and murder of Allied nationals,” but Griem escaped before his trial, leaving only some of his coconspirators to be tried and convicted of war crimes in 1947, according to the DOJ.

NSA Surveillance Program: PRISM

Background

PRISM is a code name for a program under which the United States National Security Agency (NSA) collects internet communications from various U.S. internet companies. The program is also known by the SIGAD US-984XN. PRISM collects stored internet communications based on demands made to internet companies such as Google LLC under Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 to turn over any data that match court-approved search terms. Among other things, the NSA can use these PRISM requests to target communications that were encrypted when they traveled across the internet backbone, to focus on stored data that telecommunication filtering systems discarded earlier, and to get data that is easier to handle.

PRISM began in 2007 in the wake of the passage of the Protect America Act under the Bush Administration. The program is operated under the supervision of the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA Court, or FISC) pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). Its existence was leaked six years later by NSA contractor Edward Snowden, who warned that the extent of mass data collection was far greater than the public knew and included what he characterized as “dangerous” and “criminal” activities. The disclosures were published by The Guardian and The Washington Post on June 6, 2013. Subsequent documents have demonstrated a financial arrangement between the NSA’s Special Source Operations (SSO) division and PRISM partners in the millions of dollars.

Documents indicate that PRISM is “the number one source of raw intelligence used for NSA analytic reports”, and it accounts for 91% of the NSA’s internet traffic acquired under FISA section 702 authority.” The leaked information came after the revelation that the FISA Court had been ordering a subsidiary of telecommunications company Verizon Communications to turn over to the NSA logs tracking all of its customers’ telephone calls.

U.S. government officials have disputed criticisms of PRISM in the Guardian and Washington Post articles and have defended the program, asserting that it cannot be used on domestic targets without a warrant, that it has helped to prevent acts of terrorism, and that it receives independent oversight from the federal government’s executive, judicial and legislative branches. On June 19, 2013, U.S. President Barack Obama, during a visit to Germany, stated that the NSA’s data gathering practices constitute “a circumscribed, narrow system directed at us being able to protect our people.”

According to reports in late September Dominion’s radical Leftist Eric Coomer made a “critical software change” to GA’s Dominion voting machines “without adequate testing or certification from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission”.

This was reported in the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Now this…

A group of Georgia attorneys sued the state after news of the late minute changes to the Dominion voting machines. They called for paper ballots to be used instead of the controversial computer voting systems.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger called in Dominion’s Eric Commer to testify for him in the state’s defense.

Election officials halted testing in the 77 counties where it had begun after they learned about the problem, said Gabriel Sterling, statewide voting system implementation manager.

China Slams NatSec Advisor O'Brien As Sowing "Chaos" & Cold War Tensions In Asia

Top Chinese diplomatic officials have hit back against US national security advisor Robert O'Brien over his "unreasonable remarks" in the Philippines while on an official visit there this week.

The Chinese embassy in Manila on Tuesday slammed what diplomatic officials called his deliberate efforts at "stirring up trouble in the South China Sea" and "provoking a rift between China and the Philippines."

The Manila embassy further harangued Washington for not promoteing regional peace and stability, instead creating "chaos in the region" for US self-interest.

"In recent years, to safeguard its regional and global hegemony, the US has regarded itself as 'patron' and 'judge' of regional countries and directly intervened in the South China Sea and other issues," the statement said.

His statements were said to have "fanned the flames everywhere" and "seriously" undermined regional security by seeking to create tensions between China and its regional allies.

The statement said further, "The US is the biggest driver of the militarization of the South China Sea and the most dangerous external factor endangering the peace and stability of the South China Sea" - something which has been emphasized by Beijing many times in the recent past.

O'Brien has been on a surprise tour of Vietnam and the Philippine's this week in a mission seen as attempting to counter the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries' (and key allies) recent signing of a historic trade pact, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), hailed as the biggest free trade deal ever among fifteen Asia Pacific Nations and widely reported as a huge win for China.

O'Brien weighed in heavily on soaring tensions in the South China Sea and US efforts to maintain 'freedom of navigation' by its beefed up naval presence there:

During his speech at the building of the Department of Foreign Affairs on Monday, O'Brien reiterated Washington’s support for Manila's fight for control over the West Philippine Sea.

"I just want to say that those resources belong to the children and grandchildren of the people here. They belong to the [Filipino] people," O'Brien said.

"They don’t belong to some other country that just because they may be bigger than the Philippines, they can come take away and convert the resources of the Philippine people. That’s just wrong," he added.

The Chinese embassy called the whole speech "full of Cold War mentality" and which was intended to "wantonly incite confrontation."

O'Brien had vowed that "Any armed attack on Philippine forces aircraft or public vessels in the South China Sea will trigger our mutual defense obligations."

He also provocatively confirmed that $18 million in missiles the Trump administration pledged to the Philippines last April would soon be delivered on, and that the deal is currently progressing.
