Yes, it is galling. Communist speech and any speech against our freedoms should unironically be illegal. Making fun of our freedoms should be illegal. Progressive speech should be illegal. Saying that our Constitution is a living-breathing document should be illegal. The principles the Founders laid out weren't just some a la mode -isms meant only for them. They are timeless principles for all mankind. The Constitution and the preamble to the Declaration of Independence are immutable, eternal documents, laying out eternal principles of natural law and Creator-God-given rights. Period. Anybody who disagrees should be silenced. And, to use their own tard language against them they should be silenced for "the good of society." Freedom is the good of society. Period.

< wish we knew what side Barr is on

Barr's speech to the National Religious Broadcasters convention should clear that up for anyone.

As quickly as I can, because bread, it is intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally a speech that could ONLY come from someone on the side of law, that could only come from someone who has genuine faith in God as revealed in Jesus Christ, has been born again, and is as intellectually understanding of the foundations of his faith as he is spiritually apprehending of that faith. I have a very discerning spirit when it comes to those who claim to be Christian (even Hillary claimed to be methodist *ahem), and those who actually are. Barr is simply, one of the godliest and intellectually bright men God has ever allowed to serve us. Dude is savage, brilliant, and devout. Would have been a Founding Father. Should be on SCOTUS so we could have, gee, idk, an actual protestant Justice for a change.
