NM has the harshest lockdown mandates in the country. It was the first to close it's schools. She has a task force in place and if a business has 4 strikes for breaking her rules they are shut down. She's closing grocery stores this way.

She recently but a new mandate in place. A business can stay open if they agree to surveillance monitoring and contact tracing.

She is so high up the food chain I would almost be willing to bet she is the new Hillary.

She belongs to the Tri Delta Fraternity that has an Evergreen tree on it's shield.
