This so-called "transition process" being facilitated by the GSA is purely administrative. Far as I can tell, the GSA is like the office manager who has jut been told to set up a desk with pencils and a new ergonomic chair so the guy thinks he's going to get promoted to manager, but really the CEO is just using the time to collect evidence so he can have the guy arrested for embezzling company funds.
