“Standing in the Gap” from a Biblical perspective means that you not only pray for someone, you fight for them in the spiritual realm-spiritual warfare. That’s more than simply a little “God Bless them” prayer. You stand on God’s promises for them. You lift them up when they are weak.
Take a break Anon. Go for a walk. Read a good book. Come back in a few days and you will be refreshed and ready to fight. Sometimes we just need to step away and let our minds rest. I am praying for you. The burden of what we are about to endure is heavy and only Jesus can lift that burden. His yoke is light.
I can’t answer that except BECAUSE HE DID. However, Jesus makes it clear that through Him there is no Jew or Gentile. When we are saved we are all grafted into His family. We are one. Instead of worrying about things that won’t be answered this side of heaven, focus on Jesus and His redeeming love.
