I think that is an improvement, Anon.

 

One of my personal criteria would be to keep the face recognizable as Kayleigh's – unless of course you are trying to do the opposite.

 

Try running this through a Gaussian blur filter at about 0.7. See if you like it. Have fun fren!

Are you using an online photo editor? If that is the case, and you are still learning, then especially with more complex images (more realism, more lines), go lightly on the filter settings.

 

Again, if you're editing online, a Gaussian blur filters will smooth blocky edges.

I ran yours through GB at 0.7. You can see the lines have a more pen-drawn appearance.
