Simply put for a very complex statute:

When 2 or more people conspire to commit 2 or more predicate crimes while using a legitimate business ( knowingly or unknowingly) and at least 1 person takes an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. The crimes meet the R I C O statute if they are committed between 2 and 10 years ( 2018election and 2020 election) and have a proximate causation. ( they directly defrauded Americans of the rightful representatives)

In any criminal R I C O case, there must be a civil conspiracy
