I think he's referring to the coming of riots when Trump is pronounced the winner of the election. This was most likely their end game all along. They most likely didn't try to get caught cheating, but they didn't care if they did.
I'm guessing that the riots we saw earlier in the year were just the warmup act. This time around, the terrorists will most likely be well-armed and shooting people. But of course, this has been known for a long time, so Trump & Team are well prepared.
I'm also convinced that the "vaccine" Trump brags about is actually code-speak for the cure of the deep state.infiltration. What happens will be shocking. I don't think even most of us are prepared for what will happen. But with that said, there probably is a real vaccine for COVID, but that'll be used to show big pharma's complicity in that they manufactured a virus to usher in a vaccine with all sorts of bad intentions. I think all of this will be exposed.
