That tweet may have a dual meaning: Trumps first and major focus was to eradicate human and child trafficking, when Lin says Kemp is trying to defeat Trump to prevent more exposure to human trafficking. So anons post triggered a term we’ve heard from Q, “rig for red” (or close to this), so it might have meant that they rigged for red (trump & republicans) this election, like the did in 2016, and 2018, they were watching in a submerged, undercover state. Was he telling us, they’ve got this in the upcoming election? I don’t know how long ago or the context of the post. But the repeating of rigged brought up this theory.
"Rig for Red" is normally a command used in the Control Room. It is normally used when the boat is going to be surfacing or coming to Periscope Depth at night. The purpose is to give the lookouts and the officer designated to head to the bridge upon surfacing a chance for their eyes to adjust to darkness, or the OOD the same thing before looking through the Periscope. However, with the change to Blue, often times Red glasses are also used to provide the same effect and then Control is changed when the command is given to surface or come to PD.
