The dems realize they will lose in court and think their only play is trying to gain support by playing the populist card in an effort to increase calls for concession. They want to get as much support as possible so that some GOP/RINOs may get onboard.

As the Supreme Court case nears, I expect Biden/Harris will talk about issues or policies that have broad bipartisan appeal like legalizing marijuana, creating jobs or USA jobs.
