I don't understand what a "public hearing" is.
Is this inside a courthouse?
Are all who speak testifying under oath?
Are there any judges present?
If anyone lies are there consequences…
or, is this just a talkshow larping as something legal?

So if there are law enforcement hearing the stories told, would they be able to arrest those who knowingly commited any election crimes?
Could this hearing at all be similar to someone calling the police and telling them someone is opening and stealing their mail? The police would at least go to the house and arrest the person stealing mail right?
Any difference between a hacker and a cracker?
Does it even matter anymore?
