Why do these states pass laws at 2am or 4am in morning when people are sleeping? These laws should be not go into effect before the public is aware. This is happed in NY when our ass of a governer passed the no cash bail which took effect begining of the year and people only became aware of it in Dec of last year. Only crooked laws are passed at those devil hours. Something gotta give! Too many illegals here in NY to give a shit, and their votes is what keeping this hellhole blue.
