Romania is faced with the situation where secret services have protocols signed with the General Proescutors and The Supreme Court for surveillance and intel transfer, thus prosecuting innocent people at their command.

The cooperation protocol recently concluded between Romania’s Intelligence Service (SRI) and the Prosecutor General’s Office provides for the use of the lawful intercepts gathered under national security warrants, audio-video interceptions, as well as operative surveillance and intelligence investigations.

Note: First Deputy Prosecutor General Tiberiu Nitu and Florian Coldea, back then First Deputy SRI Director, and was approved by the heads of the two agencies – Laura Codruta Kovesi and George Maior, respectively. The same George Maior who was decorated by the CIA, the same Laura Codruta Kovesi & Florian Coldea decorated by the French and Swedish secret services. All 3 of them being clown assets
