Yes, sorry. I meant texts, not emails.

They only way we should even be discussing assass attempt is from a Q drop asking us what if….

I think it's prudent to not create anticipation in the event it's not there. We seem to have a higher expectation value than Q does. At this point, anything less than massive bomb would be a let down, for us. If they are just more of the same type texts, discussing minor treasonous things, it's not a boom to us. We already know they should be in prison, yet they not only are free but still have their jobs with the FBI.

Will only work for abuses prior to the new EULA. Going forward, by continuing to use their service, you agree you will not participate in a class action against them. You also agree to allow them to sell your data to 3rd parties and to mine your data.

I'm currently looking for a new email provider that does not track you. Not that I have very private info, but tracking and mining is going to far for me. I wish more people would dump the big names (g00g, yahoo, twitter, fb, etc.)

I guess I'm wrong, but it was my understanding that if you agree to their terms of use, by continuing to use their service, then you agree you would not participate in a class action and you also agree to allow them to sell your info to 3rd parties and to track you.

Agreed, if they were breaking the law and anything up to when they issued new EULA's.

After that, I'll bet you the fine print is worded so they are not technically breaking any laws. After all, the NSA has done more damage to our privacy than social media ever could. Some very underhanded laws were passed under Obummer. The best way we can fight back is by not using their services.

What I read on Yah00 this morning was pretty clear that what FB is in trouble for, Yah00 has included in their ELUA. You agree to allow them to use your information (all of it) any way they want. They can track you, build a profile, use your most private info. Nothing is secure. Also realize the new Cloud Act allows foreign govt's the same access now.

Who restricted you, Twitter? Certainly not surprising. Conservative speech is consider hate speech, don't ya know. Might try contacting them to see if you could get the restriction lifted.
