PACERfag reporting back in. I did a search of all three United States federal court districts for cases filed today, 2020-11-25, and I did not find any case filed by Sidney Powell. In the Southern District my hopes were raised because there was one case filed against Governor Kemp, but I double-checked the case and it is not related to the election in any way.

 

I'm going to post pics of all the cases filed in each of the three districts, just so that you fags can see them. If any of them look like you want me to check them I will, but it didn't seem like any of them were related to the election, because I'd expect to see KEMP or RAFFENSPERGER named as a defendant.

 

As you know, we're limited on the numbers of pics we can post, so I'll add to this post.

Here are the results for the SOUTHERN District. Only two cases filed and one of them was against KEMP, so I explanded on that case to see if it's election-related but it's not.

 

So maybe Sidney filed later, or over the Thanksgiving holiday.

 

As a lawfag-to-be who's working on a big filing myself, these days, I know how time-consuming it can be to put a case together.

 

I recall Sidney saying it may be filed today, or it may be Friday.

 

I say we cut her some slack because quality is more important than speed, and there is still time for her and the the team to put a great document, with exhibits, together.
