A nice scenario would be that Potus assigned ECW to Sessions in order to gain a FISA to delve into Flynn's case/set-up, if so when Potus says we caught them all, that may include Sullivan and potentially some on the DC Circuit en banc panel, perhaps BO
can it be argued that in a plaintiffs favor be a dismissed case?
one could argue that a dismissed case is in a defendants favor, even if Sullivan did not sign off, the prosecution dropped case.

What if a FISA and counter intel- investigation was launched by Sessions re. Flynn set up and it was active for the past 3+ years gathering data? We know HRC worked with Russia Intel so there is predicate there to start one.
If Potus etal, got a FISA seeking intelligence on the criminal set up of Flynn (could have involved Russia re. U1 and HRC relationship) then maybe that FISA was active in following all the fraud committed against Flynn up until now?
