violation of civil rights cases can only proceed against judges IF the matter is resolved in the plaintiffs favor
otherwise judges and prosecutors are IMMUNE from suit
its possible but the immunity is a pretty high barrier and the plea was NEVER vacated so that is not in his favor
its a crap shoot but there is $$ at stake and he has a high profile lawyer
