>FISA goes both ways

Been chewing on that ever since we first heard it mentioned. Makes sense as long as you have a FISA Ct. judge you can trust along with ALL court admin staff AND can make sure that FISA Ct. gatekeeper and traitor J. ROBERTS never gets wind of the warrants..

If there is a situation where the UCMJ may be applied to civilian 'enemy combatants' before military tribunals, then it sure seems like there should be a corollary pertaining to the issuance of surveillance warrants under the UCMJ where such a predicated military warrant could be presented to the NSA. We have one agency DEDICATED to recording everything in the name of NatSec but POTUS can't access this intel when the Nation is undermined by enemies within the Judicial Branch who have compromised the FISA Ct. system? Is the only relief here the invocation of Insurrection or declaration of martial law? Seems like a Constitutional fatal flaw and the Constitution should not be interpreted as a suicide pact in this instance.
