Why would they lay out their whole court case in the public eye?

I get the need to show people what's going on, but it's irresponsible to lay out your hand on the table before the cards are finished being dealt.

 

Seems too good to be true.

Notice the other side isn't saying jack shit about their defense except "They're lying, they're making it up. There's no fraud"

 

Either the offense is so good that it can't be defended, or the defense is at an advantage.

There's never been a case like this, there's bound to be tricks by the bad guys the offense doesn't expect.

 

Seems reckless to me
