What we're really seeing playing out is Game Theory. There are only so many moves open to each side. Those moves have all been anticipated and contingencies built-in. The opening moves - i.e. the unfrigging of the 2016 election were not anticipated by the DS. I expect they were on the backfoot for a while while they figured out what was happening.
We're seeing actors follow a script, which is the same as watching a movie. In the last 100 years the bad guys have always won because events have followed their script. Now it's our turn. As the screws tighten and the DS actors realize they're fucked with nowhere to run, they'll panic and turn on each other. That's coming next (if it hasn't happened already off camera).
This anon reads it as something has happened which is big news but it won't be covered by the MSM. Someone's dog dying usually means a death. A death can be kept on ice for months until needed. The clue is in the owner or the name of the pooch. We saw this with George Bush senior. Beyond that no idea.
