I wouldn't put anything past crooked Judge Sullivan.
However, now that the gag order on Flynn has been lifted, and assuming Flynn has divulged what he knows to Sidney Powell under client/attorney privilege, (and what's the betting that includes Judge Sullivan's "indiscretions") then she would also be free now to divulge what Flynn has told her.
Not a lawyer, just speculating…
