Brian Kemp was RINO since the beginning. 2002, 2004 and 2018 elections were really close. How is this relevant? Dominion voting fraud algo only gives slight victory to whomever it's programmed to do so if it looks like this person isn't going to win but it doesn't interfere if this person gets good enough lead from actual votes. So Brian Kemp didn't get honest victory in 2002, 2004 and 2018.
