The vote was 5 to 4, with Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and the court’s three liberal members in dissent. The order was the first in which the court’s newest member, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, played a decisive role.

The Supreme Court’s membership has changed…with Justice Barrett succeeding Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died in September. The vote in the earlier cases was also 5 to 4, but in the opposite direction, with Chief Justice Roberts joining Justice Ginsburg and the other three members of what was then the court’s four-member liberal wing.

For a week or two now, the deranged anti-Trump MSM and especially the twitter-world has been screaming in unison that "BIDEN WON!!!" and "TRUMP IS A DERANGED DICTATOR!!!" and "THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF VOTER FRAUD!!!" And then, all of a sudden, sometime over the last day or two, it's like they all went quiet in unison too. Right around the time of the big hearing at which Trump spoke by telephone. Okay, the deranged anti-Trump maniacs on Twitter aren't exactly "quiet" per se; rather they are suddenly, all together, as if on cue, only tweeting about things OTHER THAN the election. Like they're just tweeting really inconsequential things, or other sort stupid (manufactured) news items which are suddenly so important that they've stopped tweeting about "that deranged orange dictator." So the cabal puppets re-grouping. They're in a panic. And they've clearly been instructed to NOT talk about Trump until they figure out what the fuck to do. Because, I suppose, every time they talk about Trump it's another opportunity for anyone with a brain to say, WHAT THE FUCK OF COURSE THERE WAS VOTER FRAUD AND TRUMP IS WINNING!!!
