1987 World Conservation Bank created. Uses IMF to print money for loans to 3rd world countries which then use land as collateral for these loans they know they can't repay. Bank gets the assets. UN Heritage Parks and conservation areas across the globe transferred assets to the bank as well.

Deripaska receives $150 million loan for his Basic Element vehicle in 2006.

Is this why BHO attempted such a huge land-grab under the guise of National Parks? Was he trying to transfer our assets to control of this bank (through the UN or other channels)?
