I read somewhere a theory that the mystery behind Oswald being in Mexico was that they took him down there to program him. He went through a 3 month programming to install an MK alter that could be triggered the day of the shooting. They basically needed a patsy there so Oswald was programmed and set up. Maybe GHWB was Oswalds MK handler/programmer. Just spit ballin'
