Could these be the sealed indictments piling up since 2016 from that years and the 2018 elections? If fraud is shown in both of those elections a lot of politicians and bureaucrats are going to lose their positions and all of their decisions, votes, bills, laws, ordinance's etc are going to be vacated.
That would be epic.
