I was also thinking this statement could have been a trap and very parsed. Our votes were cast as they were cast (for POTUS). I'm not sure any evidence has been presented as to votes being cast overseas. Votes could be switched from POTUS to Biden after they were cast and that could be done by the Dominion administrator or through hacking. The Iranians and Chinese having voter information would tell them where the Red Districts were and which servers to target. Just some thoughts.
