Holding bottle NU appears. The bottle is not held at a drinking level. It is perpendicular to his body. You need to tilt it up to drink. And odd way to hold a bottle. Pinkie is at the bottom of the bottle. Have you EVER drank from a bottle like this. It eerily looks more like a gun in the mouth ready to pull trigger and blow somebody's head off. Is red scarf the blood pouring out.
