I hate to beat a dead horse but will targeted individuals ever be vindicated or is this program a part of the 60% that cannot be revealed?
There are targeted people in almost every country around the world so this is definitely not an American phenomenon. I just know when this is all said and done there are going to be a lot of people looking for answers.
