I swear Joe is a scripted part of the movie. He is such a clown that it is like watching a Mel Brooks flick. "Go out and there and be ridiculous. It will make the voter fraud even more pronounced." No conscientious person could vote for or make a compelling argument for that brain dead POS. Maybe it is that hubris that makes them think we wouldn't notice.
