According to a Taiwanese Internet media, about 5 million of ILLEGAL ballots were printed in China. For the US presidential election 2020. Printing was done at a printing factory in Guangdong Province in southern China.
This underground factory usually prints specializing in both "invoice counterfeiting and account counterfeiting".
They can print 500,000 copies per month.
Most orders come from 'Beijing' China.
Finished products are shipped to Canada and Mexico via Zhuhai port in southern China.
Disguise as medical supplies or personal packaging for customs clearance.

For those who missed the story before the election, this summer 2020. It is an interesting "coincidence" that Newsom ordered 1 billion dollar "medical" mask supply from China. Covert payment for the ILLEGAL ballots? Kickback money? Bribe money? Else?
