Sorry, but I still think that he and Kelly are "rogue" like Bannon is. Much moar valuable outside than in. I just can't wrap my head around them going to the Dark Side at a time when their Country is facing its greatest peril since WW II, possibly the Civil War. I keep remembering Kelly watching Graham at NoName's funeral plus he personally oversaw the tear down of the WH internals to find EVERYTHING in the walls. Both men were so close to POTUS all that time, I can't imagine that they couldn't have arranged the worst.

As a matter of common sense, POTUS is right but the law doesn't work that way. Just look at what "the law' (as of 2017 - 2020) did to Gen Flynn. This is why Plan B will forever be a successful option.
