If the person wearing the mask is a potential host and spreader of the virus then the mask they are wearing also would be contaminated by the virus. If the virus is spread via expelled sputum, and the mask prevents expelling through the action of being a physical barrier, then the mask contains the contaminant itself, and is therefore "contagious" Where are the safe disposal bins, to prevent spread?
