He's got a really high threshold for accepting big claims. To me, that's a good thing. If Tim Pool shifts based on evidence, the evidence is overwhelming. It's strong. He's shifted several times.

I don't always agree with him, but I appreciate his skepticism.

I'm not sure where you're getting that information. He left Vice years ago, and has been very strident in decrying both Vice and Buzzfeed and how far they've fallen and gone off the rocker on their leftist commie bender. He openly speaks out about George Soros. Have you even gone straight to the horse's mouth and got the primary source, or are you just repeating bullshit hearsay like every other leftie news source?

That annoys me too, but I know from his past performance that once the evidence comes out in court and is reported to the world, he will absolutely apologize and say 'now there is evidence'. Thing about TP is that he is evidence-driven. He wants to see the proof before he'll back it. He's very rigorous in that regard. You know if you can shift him, you got something real and rigorous - rock solid.

No such thing as ex-CIA.

I would argue that there is such a thing as a private citizen getting fed up with the direction that Vice went and dumping them, Vice isn't the CIA.

It's got to come out in court, first.

People still have a hard time understanding that evidence goes to the court, not to the public. Tim Pool has a hard time understanding that too. But if there's one thing I can count on with that guy, it's that he will apologize and shift when he finds out he's wrong on something. I've seen him to it several times. He's just an extreme skeptic, which is occasionally valuable. If you can move the extreme skeptics, you have something bulletproof.
